Conflict Management Coach

Conflict Management Coaching is a professional development opportunity for individuals in the areas of human rights, anti-bullying or personal harassment or leadership.

I create a safe, trusting confidential learning environment where the participant never feels judged or diminished, but rather, feels empowered by their newly acquired knowledge, confident in developing strategies as discussed and practised, by being able to initiate or participate in difficult conversations, and to confront circumstances that previously caused missteps and / or stress.

Feedback from individuals who have participated in coaching sessions with me:

  • “I wish this learning had been made available to me years ago”
  • “Cheryl’s coaching approach is to listen carefully and be respectful”
  • “Because of Cheryl’s questions, I was able to identify what I needed most to focus on and that meant I got the results I needed from the coaching”
  • “I will now be able to be a better manager to my staff because I finally have the strategies I need, particularly around the issues of accommodation based on disability”
